2. Services — Creative, Technical & Digital

All services provided by our team — including but not limited to web development, digital setup, ad campaigns, business accounts, and design solutions — are carefully aligned with your goals and preferences before execution.

We conduct discovery calls and share drafts/previews where applicable before final delivery.
Every project involves strategic planning, technical implementation, and multiple work hours.
Once a project has been initiated or delivered, it is considered fully accepted and non-refundable.

We encourage clients to communicate clearly and provide complete briefs so we can align expectations from the beginning.

3. Products — NFC Business Cards, QR Stands, and Others

Our physical products are made to order, often personalized with your business branding or unique features. For this reason, all product sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed or shipped.
If your product arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Eligible cases (manufacturing defect or shipping damage) may be reviewed for a one-time replacement, not a refund.

4. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Change of mind after purchase or project initiation
Disagreements due to incomplete or unclear briefings
Minor technical adjustments or preference-based feedback after delivery
Delays caused by unresponsive client communication or external third-party platforms

5. Exceptions (if any)

Any exceptions to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of Deepak Marketing Agency. We reserve the right to decline refund or return requests that do not meet our terms.
